Board discusses 2011 budget issues facing UI

Summary: The University’s Board of Trustees met Jan. 21, 2011 on the Chicago campus to discuss planned budgetary adjustments to be made as a result of the looming state debt. The board created an Administrative Review and Restructuring Committee to consolidate costs from all three campuses of the University of Illinois system.
